Before removing the front panel for maintenance, stop the power generators, disconnect the shore sockets and the inverter.
For a detailed description refer to the electric installation manual.
MAIN ELECTRICAL PANEL
The electrical system is monitored from the electrical panel located in the crew area, going through the access of the stern cockpit.
The following main sections have been identified, in order to make the descriptions easier:
A. Electrical voltage measuring instruments.
B. Section with safety systems, gangway control and relative battery breaker switch.
C. 24 V load switch buttons and electrical voltage measuring instruments, magneto-thermal breakers to protect 24 V loads.
D. 230V load switch buttons, magneto-thermal breakers to protect 230V loads.

Always keep the safety systems and gangway powered. Operate the battery disconnect switch for safety systems and gangways only in the event of a short circuit or an emergency.
Regularly check the fire extinguisher charge inside the main electrical panel.
HELM STATION ELECTRICAL PANEL
The electrical panel is located on the helm station under the captain’s seat.
To simplify the panel descriptions, the following main sections have been identified:
A. Magneto-thermal switches enabling user operation.
B. Magneto-thermal breakers protecting 24 V loads (e.g. lights, navigation lights, windscreen wipers, radar, plotter, ecc..).
